Name sponsor at the annual industry conference, we provided all the refreshments people were craving, coffee and cold drinks, as well as the seating areas to enjoy these as the 2 day conference doesn’t provide anywhere to sit during breaks.

A 3 day conference completely indoors with no natural light or seating during breaks… no problem, we bought the outdoors in, with a 20m marque a frame and 14 9m liquid amber trees.

A selection of the mini coffee bars. These are usually in the regions so I had to work with elements I could source on location, creating assets and branding I could fly with and set up on site. Yes this means flying with coffee beans and cups!
