A limited budget shot time frame, pop-up space I built. The space was only temporary so also needed to be deconstructed. It was constructed only using readily available off the shelf items, furniture, decking, curtains etc as there was only 2 weeks to turn this around and 2 days for installation.
When the team left on Friday it was the regular corner of the office, when they returned on Monday morning it was now Grey St. an office with in an office.
This was a satellite office we set up to crack the code on a possible new product that hadn't gone any where in 7 months. 2 weeks later, Grey St had cracked it and we had the birth of our newest product and business.
The Situation Room
For a Fin Tech Company the end of financial year was an incredibly busy time for the finance team. The Situation room was a space created for that 2 month period where that team was under immense pressure.
This helped the team feel seen in the extra work they were doing and helped remind the rest of the business daily that it was not a time for lots of interruptions. This was also combined with lunches, massage chair and a few other things to help the department get there there most intense period.
A temporary space that still needed to complement the over all office design.

Product Team
With one team dedicated to a single product/sub-brand, they needed meeting space and an area just for them to encourage the team bonding and open collaboration. Short time frame, working with existing products
I build a custom bar leaner with integrated power, using pallet racking which I then had sprayed. This meant it was super strong and could easily support the large span, but more importantly it could be constructed int he office as there was very limited eleveator access to the space so a large table would need fit.
I took standard metal stool and powder coated them, extremely cost efficient, super ergonomic and very robust.
With limited wall space the tvs needed to be mounted freely in the center of the room, this created a meeting area at the bar leaner, a place for calls with integrated camera and a place to display branding etc. It also created some much need storage for collateral.
This was a semi permanent space so when it is no longer needed each element can easily be reused.
The stools stack and are now in a colour all-ready used in the office. The bar leaner can be dismantles and stored or used at events. The TV mount is based around acrow props, so esily dismantled with oyt leaving any markings or holds in the ceiling or the carpet.
